All trades executed on the CGT Markets platform are based on real-time market prices sourced from our liquidity providers. We strive to provide fast and fair execution, but due to factors such as market volatility and network latency, exact pricing cannot be guaranteed. The prices shown on the trading platform may differ slightly from real-time global market prices. By engaging in trading, clients acknowledge that all trading involves risk and that CGT Markets does not guarantee profits or protection from market losses.
Trading on CGT Markets may involve variable spreads, commissions, or swap charges depending on the account type and instruments traded. All applicable charges are transparently displayed on our website or platform. The Company reserves the right to adjust spreads or commissions at any time to reflect current market conditions or liquidity changes. Any such adjustments will be communicated in advance whenever possible to ensure transparency.
From time to time, CGT Markets may offer promotional bonuses or loyalty rewards to clients. These offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including trading volume requirements. Due to the nature of financial trading, all deposits made to CGT Markets are considered final once credited to your account. Refunds are generally not offered after trading activity has occurred. However, in cases where a deposit is made in error, or a duplicate transaction is identified, refunds may be processed upon verification. Trading foreign exchange and contracts for difference (CFDs) involves a high level of risk and may result in the loss of your entire investment. Clients should trade only with funds they can afford to lose and are encouraged to seek independent financial advice before engaging in leveraged trading. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CGT Markets shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data, or interruptions in service. The total liability of CGT Markets, whether in contract or tort, shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited in the client’s trading account at the time of the claim.
